Mozarella, tomato and basil skewers

As a surprise Larissa and Paul (3c) made mozzarella skewers for their English group.


How did they make them?


 INGREDIENTS


1 pound of small mozzarella the size of cherry tomatoes

cherry tomatoes

1 handful of basil leaves

wooden skewers

 

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella.

Quickly rinse the basil leaves under running water. Put them to dry on a towel. Skewer 1 basil leaf, 1 tomato, and a mozzarellina  alternating colors until you have all the skewers complete.

Place them on a serving dish and serve.
